<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize fundamental innovation of significantly inefficient present delivery business in a depopulated area which can only deliver a small number of mail articles in spite of running around a mountain-ringed region in a long distance from sunrise to sunset by a delivery system by a boarding method to which applications are collected. <P>SOLUTION: In order to improve efficiency in delivery business of mail articles to residents in local small cities or small towns and in lonely villages and remote areas deep in the mountains, remarkable improvement in terms of efficiency of mail delivery is allowed to be realized by the boarding method composed by collecting reception posts of the residents in the depopulated areas in the closest town area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
