<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the detection impedance of a vibrator and to further improve detection sensitivity thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The vibrator 11A which uses measurement of physical quantities corresponding to a predetermined detection axis Z, is provided.
