<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet that can surely prevent liquid such as water from adhering to an accommodated wiring harness. <P>SOLUTION: The grommet 1 comprises a grommet body 16 composed of rubber and an inner grommet 17 composed of a synthetic resin. The grommet body 16 comprises a tube 19 and a flat plate 18. An abutting part 29 is formed on the flat plate 18. The inner grommet 17 comprises a bottom wall 33 and a peripheral wall 34. The peripheral wall 34 is erected from the outer edge of the bottom wall 33. The edge 34a of the peripheral wall 34 is opposed to the abutting part 29. A lip 32 is formed at the edge 34a. The grommet body 16 and the inner grommet 17 are fixed to each other in a state that the lip 32 abuts on the abutting part 29 and bites therein.
