<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus allowing system environment setting to be automatically changed over by selectively using a plurality of profiles depending on a time period. <P>SOLUTION: A peak shift/cut control program 200 executes changeover control of system environment setting, and selectively uses profiles B for collectively managing system environment setting items on a time period basis. A user interface part 201 sets a time period related to each profile. A time acquisition part 202 periodically acquires a system time from an internal time part 101 of an operating system 100, and transfers the system time to a profile changeover part 203.
