<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately express a slope or the like without damaging the natural atmosphere of a virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: Coordinate display objects (2000) take the form of a cross and are arranged between a ball (1094) and a cup in accordance with a horizontal plane equal interval arrangement. In the virtual space, an X axis is set rightwards, a Y axis is set upwards and a Z axis is set backwards in a screen. The coordinate display objects 2000 are arranged in a checkerboard pattern in the X and Z coordinates and the Y coordinate is set along the ground surface of a course. A slope display object (3000) moves downward at a speed set on the basis of the degree of inclination of a pair of the coordinate display objects (2000) adjacent to each other in the X or Z axis direction, namely the difference of the Y coordinate between the pair of the coordinate display objects (2000). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
