<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for resolving a dispute related to the request of service provision to a service provider, by which the service provider can verify to a service intermediary that a service user has requested the service. <P>SOLUTION: A service user that wants to start to request the service of the service provider registers to the service intermediary an end code of a sequence of a code generated using a one-way function. The service intermediary provides the end code to the service provider. The service user can then requests the service provider to provide service by using codes of the sequence. When the service provider receives the request, it verifies that the code of the request can be used to derive the end code.
