<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consistent physical distribution network putting a used product on a flow of physical distribution for distributing the product, and collecting and processing the used product. <P>SOLUTION: This physical distribution network system has: a carbonization furnace treating the used rubber product; a server 1 producing an operation plan file of the carbonization furnace on the basis of treatment ability of the carbonization furnace and a treatment amount of the used rubber product; and a client connected to the server 1 via the Internet IT, ordering production of a rubber product, and acquiring a schedule plan file. The carbonization furnace and the server 1 are installed to a production base of the rubber product, the client is installed to a physical distribution base of the rubber product, and the used rubber products and the products of an amount corresponding to the operation plan file are delivered as change objects between the production base and the physical distribution base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
