PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state controller and a state control method for changing the state of an information processor, and for enabling the reduction of power consumption or the improvement of processing capability without causing a sharp increase in the number of circuits or the deterioration of an operating speed while increasing software productivity in an information processor. SOLUTION: This state controller is provided with: a scenario control part ZA101 constituted of a scenario table ZA102 for storing a plurality of pieces of scene information acquired by associating synchronous information with the internal information of an information processor, an information recording means ZA103 for generating the scene information, and for recording it in a scenario table, a recording control means ZA104 for controlling selective recording under arbitrary conditions, an information reproducing means ZA105 for reproducing the recorded scene information, and for supplying it to an information processor based on the synchronous information of the information processor and a reproduction control means ZA106 for selectively instructing reproduction in an arbitrary cycle; and a state change control means ZA107 for changing the state of the information processor.
