PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop stably kept for practically a long time by simultaneously stabilizing pranoprofen remarkably unstable in the presence of a nonionic surfactant and a water soluble vitamin in the eye drop added with pranoprofen and the water soluble vitamin. SOLUTION: In the eye drop added with pranoprofen, the water soluble vitamin and the nonionic surfactant, stabilities of pranoprofen and the water soluble vitamin are simultaneously improved by adding an alcohol.
