PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a conductive organic thin film, which enables the orientation of a crystal of TTF-TCNQ complex on a substrate. SOLUTION: The production method of the conductive organic thin film comprises suspending the crystal of TTF-TCNQ complex in a solvent(ethanol) to agitate sufficiently, thereafter dropping on the substrate, and evaporating the solvent to produce the conductive organic thin film, and is characterized in that the orientation of the crystal of TTF-TCNQ complex on the substrate is performed by allowing a magnetic field to act in an evaporating process of the solvent. Further, the substrate is overlaid with the crystal films of TTF-TCNQ complex to produce the conductive organic thin film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
