PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop discharging head preventing the pressure interference between nozzles more easily, and a liquid drop discharging device having the above head, a color filter forming apparatus having the head, and an organic EL panel forming apparatus having the head. SOLUTION: The head has a nozzle part 21, a discharging chamber 4 communicating with the nozzle part 21, a liquid-supplying part 2 supplying a liquid to the chamber 4, a vibrating plate 7 formed in a part of the wall surface of the chamber 4 and a driving means causing the plate 7 to move so as to discharge the liquid in the chamber 4 from the nozzle part 21. The liquid-supplying part 2 is divided into independent parts corresponding respectively to the nozzle part 21, and each divided part is supplied with the liquid.
