PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomography apparatus in which an approach to a surgery area of a patient is especially improved while getting on and off a bed is improved for an injured patient or a senior patient. SOLUTION: A tomography apparatus is equipped with a patient bed (6) which can be carried into tunnel-shaped or circular measuring devices (1 and 2) and has a backrest (7) joined to a chair part (8) capable of swinging, and it is held at holding devices (4 and 5) with movability in horizontal direction which are attached to the measuring devices (1 and 2).
