PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing frozen drink having a simple structure, easily operated, easy to automatize a control device, and making production costs inexpensive. SOLUTION: This device for producing frozen drink comprises the following: a reserving part 12 for reserving massive ice; a rotary blade 10 for rotating the massive ice reserved in the reserving part 12; a motor 6 for rotating the rotary blade 10; a fixed cutter blade 13 for cutting the massive ice into fine particle-state ice; a feeder 14 for discharging the fine particle-state ice; and a receiving container 2 for storing the fine particle-state ice or a beverage raw material discharged out from the feeder 14. The receiving container 2 is provided with a mixing cutter blade 22 for stirring and mixing.
