The invention relates to a filled polymerisable dental material comprising, in an organic binding agent, a partially aggregated nanometric filler and another inorganic and/or organic filler. The invention has the advantages of nanometric fillers in dental materials, based on economical aggregated fillers such as silicon dioxide obtained by pyrolysis.
