<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material structure applicable to a motor or a slider in which the arrangement structure of a coil can be formed simply. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of electromagnetic coils are formed on one sheet of substrate and a pair of that substrates are arranged oppositely to each other. A magnetic material provided with a plurality of magnetic elements magnetized with different pole alternately is arranged between the pair of substrates. A signal for exciting the electromagnetic coil to different pole alternately is then supplied and the magnetic material is made to perform continuous motion by attraction/repellence between the magnetic element and the electromagnetic coil. In particular, a pattern of the electromagnetic coil is formed on the substrate such that one and the other electromagnetic coils do not overlap but have a phase shift when both substrates are arranged oppositely to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
