METHOD FOR SCREENING APTAMER, AND APTAMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method by which an aptamer specific to a target site of a biopolymer material can be found out efficiently; and to provide the aptamer obtained by the method.

SOLUTION: One of the following selection steps (A) and (B) is used as the primary selection step, and the other is used as the secondary selection step: (A) a step of selecting an oligonucleotide having high affinity for a fragment structure containing a sequence of the target site or a sequence corresponding to a part thereof; (B) a step of selecting an oligonucleotide having high affinity for the whole structure of the biopolymer material. The method for screening the aptamer comprises carrying out the primary selection step by using a library of a mixture of oligonucleotides having random sequences, and carrying out the secondary selection step by using the oligonucleotide group selected by the primary selection.
