MULTILAYER OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM, OPTICAL HEAD DEVICE AND MULTILAYER OPTICAL RECORDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer optical recording medium having little interlayer crosstalk and large capacity, to provide an optical head and to provide an optical information recording medium.

SOLUTION: In the multilayer optical information recording medium 1 provided with the first information layer 2, the 25th information layer 3 and the 50th information layer 4, intervals between layers in the vicinity of the first information layer 2 and intervals between layers in the vicinity of the 50th information layer 4 are made larger than the intervals between layers in the vicinity of the 25th information layer. Thereby, interlayer crosstalk due to deterioration of resolution in an optical axis direction generated in the information layers 2 and 4 can be reduced.
