SUPPORT FOR INK JET RECORDING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance brightness and clarity and to prevent yellowing in a support for ink jet recording.

SOLUTION: Both of a lower resin layer constituted mainly of a polyolefin resin and containing 5% or more of rutile type titanium oxide and an upper resin layer constituted mainly of the polyolefin resin and containing one or more fluorescent whitening agents selected from bis-stilbene, bis-naphthalene and bis-thiophene ones are formed on at least one surface on the support by a melt extrusion method.
