<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite element which is composed of an outer layer (i), a fiber-reinforced polyurethane (PU) material as a support layer (ii), and a decorative inner layer (iii) depending on the situation, and which is formed and manufactured in such a manner as to dispense with a mold release agent for a surface. <P>SOLUTION: This composite element is composed of the outer layer (i) which consists of a material selected from a group composed of a thermoplastic substance and a metal, the support layer (ii) which adheres to the outer layer and which consists of the fiber-reinforced polyurethane material, and the decorative layer which partially adheres to the support layer and which serves as the inner layer (iii), depending on the situation.
