PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which has a simple structure and can drive a photoelectric conversion element stably, an interposer and an optical information processing device. SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device 1 is formed by mounting the photoelectric conversion element 2, a semiconductor integrated circuit 3 connected to the photoelectric conversion element 2, and a bias circuit (a set of a capacitor 5 and a coil 6) of the semiconductor integrated circuit 3 on the interposer 4. In the device, the bias circuit is installed in the interposer 4. The photoelectric conversion device 1 is constituted by mounting the photoelectric conversion element 2, the semiconductor integrated circuit 3 connected to the photoelectric conversion element 2, and the bias circuit (a set of the capacitor 5 and the coil 6) of the semiconductor integrated circuit 3. The bias circuit is installed in the interposer 4.
