PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both multi-functionalization and operability in relation with a portable telephone considered as a foldable configuration by rotating a moving part to a body portion. SOLUTION: The folding type portable telephone provides two or more one-touch outgoing keys 40 which perform a telephone conversation inside of the moving portion 12 which faces to the body portion 11 in a state folding the moving part 12 against the body portion 11, and between a liquid crystal display portion 28 and a hinge part 13. The one-touch outgoing keys 40 is located in a recessed portion 41 formed between the liquid crystal display portion 28 and the hinge part 13, and a height of one-touch outgoing keys 40 which project from a footprint 41a of the recessed portion 41, is made to be in the height whereby the body portion 11 does not perform pushing any one-touch outgoing key 40, in the state where the body portion 11 and the moving part 12 are folded up.
