PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain enlargement of the body of an apparatus requiring improvement in operability and enlargement of a display screen, in an electronic apparatus, an display device and a communication device. SOLUTION: A cabinet B is pivotally attached to the body A of the apparatus by means of a rotatable shaft C, and is arrangement is performed so that the upper operation part of a cross key 10a and a function key 10b are positioned on the turning shaft C, and so that operating physical force, when operating the upper operation part and the function key 10b acts on the axis of the turning shaft C.
