<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connection structure of a substrate for conducting, by a simplified constitution, the signal transmission delay control of a plurality of signals transmitted from a daughter board on a transmission side to a daughter board on a reception side mediating a backboard. <P>SOLUTION: The connection structure of a substrate connects a signal transmission side daughter board and a signal reception side daughter board to a backboard via a connector having longer and shorter pins. In the connection structure, the pins of the connector for connecting the transmission side daughter board and the backboard and the pins of the connector for connecting the reception side daughter board and the backboard are assigned in opposite arrangements. Further, a plurality of signal wirings in need of making signal transmission delays coincident in the daughter board and the backboard are formed in equal length in the signal transmission side daughter board, in the signal reception side daughter board, and in the backboard. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
