<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the heating temperature of a liquid object to be heated which has been poured into a heating vessel. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of induction heaters 7 each equipped with a heating coil 2 and a power supply for heating to supply a high frequency current to this heating coil 2, are installed for one heating vessel 1, a temperature detector 18 to detect the temperature of the center part of the bottom plate of the heating vessel 1 is provided, and heating power of a plurality of the induction heaters 7 is commonly controlled by a temperature signal from the temperature detector 18. Since the liquid object 19 to be heated in the heating vessel 1 produces convection if it is heated, the convection joins in the center part of the heating vessel 1, and the temperature of the object to be heated in this portion shows the average temperature of the object 19 to be heated in each portion in the heating vessel 1, the average temperature is detected as a representative temperature of the object 19 to be heated, and accurate temperature control is made by commonly controlling the heating power of each power supply 8 for heating based on this representative temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
