PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that spectacle lenses can not be worn after being purchased since a wearing feeling of original progressive refracting-power lenses can not be sufficiently experienced because of thickness effect of eye examination lenses with progressive refracting power used for the test of wearing etc. SOLUTION: A sheet type lens of≤1 mm in thickness is formed of an irreversibly deformable material such as polyethylene or polycarbonate.
