PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring method for a molten area capable measuring temperatures by thermocouples while reducing the number of the used thermocouples. SOLUTION: This method is constituted to execute, in order, a setting process for setting a material serving as a molten-solidified area 22 in a base part 1, and for extending the thermocouples 3 along the material, and a process for measuring the temperatures of the molten area 20 along the extended direction of the thermocouples 3, by moving the molten area 20 along the extended direction of the thermocouples 3 in the material, with imparting high energy such as a laser beam to the material.
