PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-mount and simple cleaning device which can simply clean a urinal or a pouch for an ostomate without hindrance to defecation above water stored in an existing Japanese-style or Western-style water closet. SOLUTION: In this cleaning device for the pouch for the artificial anus, a manual on-off valve 3 of a water service pipe 2 is arranged in the lateral side of the water closet 1; an upward base end 4' of a horizontal pipe 4 is pivotally supported on a downward exhaust port 3' of the valve 3 in such a manner as to communicate with it; a leading-end nozzle 4b of the horizontal pipe 4 is supported in such a manner as to be normally and reversely rotatable above the inside of the water closet 1 from the lateral side; and the horizontal pipe is a flexible pipe or a metallic hard pipe.
