PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe having no looseness in the drain pipe in the case of lowering while corresponding to lifting and lowering of a cabinet (K) in the drain pipe of drain equipment equipped with the lifting and lowering type cabinet (K) and reducing part of a flexible material having part directly coming into contact with waste-water as much as possible. SOLUTION: The drain pipe used for the lifting and lowering type cabinet (K) capable of changing height in the vertical direction is constituted of a drain outlet (1) discharging waste-water from a tank body on the cabinet (K), a riser (2) communicating with pipe in under floor (F) on a sewage side and a plurality of water pipes (3) consisting of hard and inner flat pipe bodies, and the drain pipe is so constituted that the water pipes (3) adjacent to each other up and down are arranged between the drain outlet (1) and the riser (2) so as to make an approximately dog-leg shape and that both water pipes (3), the water pipes (3) and the drain outlet (1) and the water pipes (3) and the riser (2) are connected with cylindrical joints (4) consisting of the flexible material.
