PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of holding the internal pressure of two of a virgin drier and a recycling drier under an optimum state at all times and capable of reducing the power consumption of a blast fan in an asphalt-mixture manufacturing facility in which the virgin drier and the recycling drier are arranged. SOLUTION: In the asphalt-mixture manufacturing facility, pressure sensors 16a and 17a detecting the internal pressure of the recycling drier 10 and the virgin drier 11, open-close dampers 14 and 15 arranged in ventilating flues 10a and 11a on the downstream sides of both driers 10 and 11 and a bag filter device 18 arranged in the ventilating flue 10ab on the downstream sides of the dampers 14 and 15 are installed. In the manufacturing facility, the blast fan 20 arranged in the ventilating flue 18a on the downstream side of the bag filter device 18 and controllers 16 and 17 having a revolution-number adjusting means for the blast fan 20 while being used for the openings of the dampers 14 and 15 and the number of revolution of the blast fan 20 in response to the detecting signals of the pressure sensors 16a and 17a are further mounted.
