PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw member fastening device capable of manufacturing products different in bolt pitch and products different in the number of bolts. SOLUTION: The screw member fastening device 1 is provided with a plurality of nut runners 2, a base 31 for supporting the plurality of nut runners 2 movably within a horizontal plane, and a lifting device 4 for lifting the base 31. The screw member fastening device 1 is further provided with lateral pitch change cams 54 each provided turnably between the respective nut runners 2 and abutting at its noncircular outer peripheral surface against the nut runner 2 through a sliding plate 52 to change a distance between the respective nut runners 2; a moving body cylinder 57 for horizontally moving the nut runners 2 on the outside out of the plurality of nut runners 2; and noncircular outside cams 58 abutting against the nut runners 2 moved to the outside by the moving body cylinder 57, to position the nut runners 2 in the predetermined positions.
