PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the filtration function of a liquid filtration filter composed of a paper multi-wound roller formed by multi-winding a paper belt-like sheet. SOLUTION: The liquid filtration filter is composed of the paper multi-wound roller 1 made by multi-winding the paper belt-like sheet 2, one end surface opposite to other one on the axis of the paper multi-wound roller 1 is made to be a liquid introducing surface 6 and the other end surface is made to be a liquid discharging surface 7. Therein, a paper tape 3 or a paper string extended in the longitudinal direction of the paper belt-like sheet is multi-wound together with the paper belt-like sheet 2 and a high density seaming part 10 is formed in the course of a length in the axial direction of the paper multi-wound roller 1 by the multi-winding of the paper tape 3 or the paper string.
