PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device which washes a lead frame in a plating apparatus, brings about high washing effects, and is made as small as possible. SOLUTION: A side guide plate 5, an upper guide plate 4, and a lower guide plate 6 are installed in rinse tanks 11, 21, and 31, respectively, in the washing device, and the water current therein is increased and the washing effect is enhanced; the rinse tanks and water supply pumps are small-sized; and the washing device is small-sized and its equipment cost is reduced.
