摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve treatment ability based on ultrasonic vibration without causing the loss or output shortage of ultrasonic vibration energy in the case of carrying out the treatment of an affected part in a subject with ultrasonic waves while observing inside of the subject from outside of the subject. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic generation part 30 for an ultrasonic treatment tool 3 is inserted to the subject first. Thereafter, an insertion part 11 for an endoscope 1 is inserted to the subject to secure the ultrasonic generation part 30 by a fixture 2 with an insertion channel 16A for the endoscope 1 extended therethrough to keep the ultrasonic generation part 30 at the tip od the insertion part 11. Thus, the ultrasonic generation part 30 can be designated to have the largest size which can be extended through the inside of the subject 100. As the result, treatment ability based on the ultrasonic vibration is improved without causing the loss or output shortage of ultrasonic vibration energy in the case of carrying out the treatment of the affected part in the subject 100 with ultrasonic waves while observing inside of the subject 100 from outside of the subject 100.
