PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing unit for games and a system for the games which dispense with the complicated work for re-issuing regular membership cards by automatizing the processing of shifting temporary membership cards for the use as the regular membership cards. SOLUTION: The member ID (identification) recorded in the lost membership card 5 is specified and disqualified for use and the temporary membership card with the temporary member ID recorded is qualified for use. When the lost membership card is not saved, with the condition that a predetermined prescribed period passes, the temporary member ID is certificated as the member ID by the processing of setting the specified information on the member player concerned to shift the temporary membership card to the regular membership card.
