PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted food-forming device capable of forming it by using various food materials and forming the twisted foods rich in eat feeling. SOLUTION: This twisted food-forming device is provided by feeding food materials F1, F2 and F3 through feeding tubular passages 20, 21 and 22 to a rotary body 7. The rotary body 7 is equipped with a pair of double nozzles 8, 9 at its lower part, the food material F3 is guided to both of inner nozzles 25a and 25b through a communication passage formed in a communication part 24, and the food material F1 is guided to an outer nozzle 26a and the food material F2 is guided to an outer nozzle 26b. By rotating and driving a gear adapter 27 to rotate a rotary body 7, it is possible to form the twisted food by twisting two different string-formed food materials having the same inner material and different outer skin materials with each other.
