SOLUTION: The roll baler for forming a roll bale by gathering up materials such as pasture and rice straw existing in a state scattered on a field has a conveying device E installed in a body frame 10 so as to be freely turnable in the upper and lower direction, a picking up device F installed in the front end of the conveying device E so as to be freely swung in the upper and lower direction, a moving means I for turning the conveying device E in the upper and lower direction, and a swing-linking structure G for swinging the picking up device F in the upper and lower direction by being interlocked with the turning movement of the conveying device E.
