A light control film that can improve a front luminance, and is provided with a proper light diffusibility and free from interference-form pattern and glare problems. The light control film (10) comprises an uneven surface on one-side surface and a virtually smooth surface on the other-side surface, wherein a total beam transmittance at light incidence via the smooth surface is up to 65% and a total beam transmittance at light incidence via the uneven surface is at least 80% according a measurement method stipulated by JIS K7361-1:1997, and a total beam transmittance at the uneven-surface light incidence minus a total beam transmittance at the smooth-surface light incidence is at least 30%.
