<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which prevents the motor from being damaged and to provide its control method. <P>SOLUTION: The motor includes a stator and a rotor having a plurality of N-poles and S-poles. A first sensor and a second sensor are provided in the stator by a method mutually separating from each other at a suitable distance. The first sensor outputs a first signal when the first sensor senses any one of the N-poles during the rotation of the rotor, and the first sensor outputs a second signal when the first sensor senses any one of the S-poles. The second sensor outputs a third signal when the second sensor senses any one of the N-poles during the rotation of the rotor, and the second sensor outputs a fourth signal when the second sensor senses any one of the S-poles. When the first, second, third and fourth signals are outputted continuously longer than a predetermined time, the motor is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
