<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to set permission for every user who requests output of the electronic data, to individual electronic data and to enable a recognizer to perform flexible output recognition of electronic data depending on situations. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP device 305 makes output recognition confirmation notification for confirming output recognition of the electronic data addressed to the recognizer to a user PC 302 of the recognizer on the basis of the recognizer ID information included in the electronic data received from a user PC 301.
