<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycle enabled solar battery module that eliminates the position deviation of a solar battery cell, or the like and has improved weather resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar battery module, a plurality of solar battery cells 1 are sealed using a sealing material between surface glass 2 and a back face material 6. A film sheet 4 is interposed between the surface glass 2 and the solar battery cell 1, and between the back face material 6 and the solar battery cell 1. A first sealing material 3 interposed between the surface glass 2 and the film sheet 4, and between the back material 6 and the film sheet 4 is different from a second sealing material 5 interposed between the film sheet 4 and the solar battery cell 1.
