<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system having high flexibility of extension, a change or the like of the system, and capable of setting individual reproduction restriction to a recorded content. <P>SOLUTION: Client AV equipment receiving and reproducing the content and a home server as a device recording the content are connected via a network 9. The client AV equipment encrypts the received content by a private key of the equipment itself, and transfers it to the home server via the network. The home server tabulates and records the encrypted content together with information such as a content ID, an information processor ID of a transmission source, and meta information about the content. The client AV equipment requires acquisition of the content to the home server, and the home server retrieves the corresponding content from the table on the basis of the designated content ID and the information processor ID of the requirement source equipment and transmits it to the client AV equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
