CARRYING METHOD FOR MATTERS CONTAINING HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE AND CARRYING VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying method for matters containing hazardous substance and a carrying vehicle which can carry to processing facilities while surely preventing from diffusing into the air by suppressing volatilization and evaporation even if the hazardous substance is leaked from the matters containing hazardous substance during carriage when carrying the matters containing hazardous substance such as transformers or condensers where the hazardous substance typified by PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl) is used.

SOLUTION: The matters containing hazardous substance are stored and fixed in an airtight cargo chamber which is equipped with a reducing pressure device and an air conditioner coupled and fixed to the carrying vehicle traveling by an engine, and has an open/close door excellent in airtightness. The inside of the airtight cargo chamber is maintained to be negative pressure of atmosphere pressure of -20mbar or less with the reducing pressure device and the inside of the airtight cargo chamber is maintained to be at normal temperature (20°C) or less with the air conditioner. Even if the hazardous substance is leaked from the matter containing hazardous substance during carriage, the diffusion into the air can be prevented by suppressing volatilization and evaporation.
