摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the heat insulation of a mat for floor heating without lowering the easiness of handling while maintaining a predetermined thickness to effectively utilize heat. SOLUTION: This mat for floor heating disposed on a floor surface F comprises a heat radiation body 1 and an insulation holding layer 2 preventing heat from being dissipated downward by holding the heat radiation body 1. A groove part 21 holding the heat radiation body 1 is formed in the insulation holding layer 2, and a recessed part 23 forming a space between the heat radiation body 1 and the insulation holding layer 2 on the underside of the heat radiation body 1 is formed in the groove part 21.
