PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wireless system, capable of preventing external radio wave interference and influence of radio waves on other apparatuses, when radio wave communication is conducted among on-vehicle apparatus. SOLUTION: A waveguide 11 is formed of a vehicle component, having conductivity including a front fender.
