PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the functions which do not use the communication of a communication terminal. SOLUTION: A wireless communication terminal 1 comprises a communication-related function 13 utilizing external communication, and a communication-unrelated function 14 not utilizing external communication. The wireless communication terminal 1 further comprises a section 11 for receiving operation control information externally, and a section 16 for limiting the communication unrelated function 14 depending on the operation control information received at the receiving section 11.
