PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at the time of fixedly soldering one end part and the other end part of one wire rod to a wiring substrate of a fixing side support member and a terminal board of a movable side lens holder, and also to prevent position accuracy of each wire rod from lowering and variations of the position accuracy from occurring. SOLUTION: The optical pickup is provided with a lens unit 1 in which the other end part 62 of an elastic conductive wire rod 6 with one end part 61 fixed to the fixing side support member 2 is fixed to a movable side lens holder 3 having an objective lens 31 and the like. One end part 61 of the wire rod 6 is fixed to the fixing side support member 2 by being soldered to a wiring substrate 4A on the side face of the fixing side support member 2, and the other end part 62 of the wire rod 6 is fixed to the movable side lens holder 3 by being soldered to the terminal board 5 on the side face of the movable side lens holder 3.
