PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable accumulation of paper sheets fetched inside a device as suppressing generation of damage, a jam, etc., of the paper sheets such as paper money etc. SOLUTION: A ticket vending machine 1 has an accumulation mechanism of impeller system for accumulation of the paper sheets. As for a pair of oppositely arranged impellers 50, eight blades 51, 52 in total are arranged like zigzag in view of a radial direction of a rotational axis 49. Namely, as for the impeller 50, the respective blades 51, 52 are arranged so that overlap of rotation trajectories between the adjacent blades 51, 52 is avoided. Thus, clamping power of the paper sheet P between the adjacent blades 51, 52 is distributed in the axial direction of the rotational axis 49 and catch up of the paper sheet P in a center part of the blade 50, etc. is suppressed.
