PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and easily assign an index to time series information for image or voice information recorded in time series. SOLUTION: The content of operations performed by a user 12 to equipment (copying machine) 10 is acquired and recorded in an operation recording part 22. The display of a user interface screen of the equipment 10 and the operations and speaking contents of the user are successively recorded as time series information. In the flow of the operations recorded in the operation recording part 22, an operation out of the flow of standard operations stored in a standard operation storage part 24 is detected by a detection part 26.
