PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to efficiently participate in a group in an information sharing system. SOLUTION: In this information sharing device allowing information sharing inside the group, a participation decision part 32 extracts all user accounts belonging to an existing group shown in a participation request received from a terminal from an account storage part 21, extracts all group accounts of the group to which each extracted user account has belonged from the account storage part 21 on the basis of registration history information stored in the account storage part 21, extracts all the user accounts belonging to the group of the extracted group account from the account storage part 21, decides whether or not the new user account shown in the participation request is included in an extracted user account group, and transmits participation request notification to a manager only when the new user account is included in the user account group as the result of the decision.
