METHOD FOR MEASURING LIGHT CHAIN OF FREE HUMAN IMMUNOGLOBRIN AND KIT THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a measuring system higher in specificity because not necessarily effective in a conventional measuring method of the measurement of the light chain of free human immunoglobrin (FLC). SOLUTION: In a method for specifically measuring FLC present in a sample by immunoassay using two kinds of antibodies reacting with FLC specifically, a polyclonal antibody specific to FLC is used as an antibody for trapping FLC in the sample and a monoclonal antibody reacted with FLC specifically is used in order to detect the trapped FLC.
